Shipping Policy
Free shipping on every order. No minimum.
Processing time
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering, and a separate email with tracking once the parcel is dispatched.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch
- International: 8 to 14 days after dispatch
- Total time from order to doorstep is typically 6 to 10 business days within the US, and 10 to 16 days internationally.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak periods can extend them.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 48 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show movement after it is issued. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and reship it once. Repeat reshipments may incur a fee.
